 What to Expect From Our First Meeting
1) We arrive at your home ON TIME!
2) We will get to know your pets and let them get comfortable with us.
3) We will go over all of our credentials & paperwork.
4) We will then go over your pet's routine and how YOU want things done.
5) Ask lots of questions... More playing with your pets...
6) Talk about how many visits you are wanting.
7) Talk about cost and payment.
8) Go over cancellation policies.
9) Pick up the extra key and discuss us keeping it for future pet sitting needs.
10) Refer to #5.
11) We now have everything set up and will be back to visit your pets on the days requested!
 Policies
Free 45 minute initial interview. (Please have an extra key ready at this time.)
If you do not want us to keep your key, there will be a $10.00 fee for each pick up and/or drop off.
1st time clients please pay in full upon commencement of services.
For services outside listed zip codes, additional fees may apply.
We require AT LEAST 1 daily visit for cats and they must be inside the entire time you're away. Inside dogs need 2 daily visits. If they're fenced or have a doggie door one daily visit is required. For their comfort and safety we DO NOT skip days or job share.
